Creating a flexible workplace for a mission-driven philanthropic organization, we provided space for employees to seamlessly transition from individual tasks to group work with minimal disruption. The human-centered design supports wellbeing through plentiful natural light and outdoor access, locally-sourced artwork, and inviting social spaces on each floor.
