Marketing Coordinator

Bohlin Cywinski Jackson’s Philadelphia office seeks a full-time Marketing Coordinator with 3 - 7 years of design-related marketing experience. The Marketing Coordinator facilitates a wide spectrum of marketing and promotional efforts, both in Philadelphia and firm-wide. We are seeking to hire an individual who is experienced, collaborative, friendly, and able to work effectively with architects, designers, and administrative staff in our practice to develop professional proposals, presentations, submittals, and other marketing and promotional materials. The successful candidate will be a self-starter and detail-oriented, with strong written, graphic and presentation skills. This individual will perform a variety of marketing and promotional tasks associated with the day-to-day and long-term success of the firm, both working on his/her own or as part of a team. The Marketing Coordinator will work closely with the Marketing Director, Principals and staff in the Philadelphia office, as well as with the firm-wide marketing team. Fluency in Adobe Creative Cloud and Microsoft Office 365 applications is required.

Responsibilities

  • Develop, manage and support outreach opportunities, including website updates, social media initiatives, media placement and publication activities. Cultivate and maintain a strong media contact network. Research, track, identify and coordinate opportunities for speaking engagements and interviews for publications, conferences, universities, etc. Gather, assemble and manage content for these initiatives.
  • Work with the Marketing Director to research, identify and develop new business opportunities and review potential projects with Principals and senior staff; identify and track information about prospective projects and clients through industry sources.
  • Work with Principals, Marketing Director and senior staff to develop, foster and maintain contacts and relationships with current and prospective clients.
  • Support Principals and key personnel preparing for interviews, including researching clients, projects and selection committees; developing project specific graphic materials; coordinating rehearsals; and attending interviews to support the presentation.
  • Assist the Marketing Director in preparing proposals, statements of qualification, letters of interest, brochures, and other marketing and awards submittals; and in reviewing and maintaining marketing, promotional and publications materials.
